Indianapolis brain injury lawyer Daniel J. Buba is an attorney at Doehrman Chamberlain whose trial lawyer experience has involved litigating and trying personal injury and medical malpractice cases in both state and federal courts in Indiana. He served as President of the Indianapolis Bar Association in 2008 and is currently serving as the Chair Elect of the Interstate Trucking Litigation Group of the American Association for Justice (AAJ).

Dan received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Siena Heights University in 1988. He also attended the Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington and received his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from the Chicago-Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology in 1994.

Dan spent the first dozen years of his career defending individuals for personal injury and wrongful death claims. His time on the defense side provides Dan with a unique perspective that benefits his clients who he now represents that have received a traumatic brain injury. In addition to his representation of traumatic brain injured individuals and their families, Dan represents people who have been catastrophically injured or killed in interstate trucking accidents, motor vehicle crashes, construction site falls, nursing home abuse, medical negligence and traumatic brain injury (TBI).
