Indianapolis brain injury lawyer Daniel S. Chamberlain is a founding partner of Doehrman Chamberlain. Dan is regarded as a champion of traumatic brain injury (TBI) advocacy and education within both the Indiana state legislature on behalf of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. He is highly sought after for public speaking engagements and has also written several professional articles. Dan concentrates a considerable part of his law practice representing those who have sustained a traumatic brain injury and their family members.
Dan majored in Legal Administration and received his Bachelor of Science degree cum laude in 1989 from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1992 from the Indiana University School of Law, including such honors as being named a member of the Moot Court Society and being a Gruenewald Scholarship Recipient. He also served as Note Editor for the Law Review: Indiana International Law Review from 1990-1992.
Dan is a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate (NBTA) and is fully admitted to practice law in Indiana and North Carolina. He has also worked closely with the Brain Injury Association of Indiana (BIAI), the first charter chapter of the national Brain Injury Association of America (BIAA), to procure a Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) state grant and help state agencies in developing and meeting funding goals.
